I recently placed an order for a specific item, but unfortunately, my experience turned out to be quite disappointing. Firstly, I received the wrong item, which was not what I had ordered. This mix-up was a significant inconvenience, as it meant that I did not receive the product I was eagerly anticipating.
To make matters worse, it has been four days since I placed my order, and I still haven't received the correct item. The delay in delivery has only compounded my dissatisfaction with this overall experience. As a customer, it is disheartening to encounter such issues, especially when taking in to consideration that black friday is on its way!
