I ordered 3 android TVs, when the TVs came they were not android. I immediately logged a return and it was collected. However when collected, it was picked up by a scooter. When the return got back they told me it was cracked.
I let them know when the driver came he checked, nothing was broken. They then came to recollect the return and after many emails they told me they will send the broken item back and then deactivated my account. I feel terrible about the poor service and I all I want is my money back. I can’t even access my money now because they deactivated my account by force.
