Good day

I have a complain about my order that I received on the 11 December from takealot.com

I ordered a scooter for my son, there was only one option available to choose from (colour), no other colours and options and it was one with graffiti sings on so I ordered that one, when I opened it today it was pink with hearts on it, not for a boy at all!!
The colour was not what I ordered!

The time is too little to send it back and change it, because Christmas is around the corner, in the meanwhile my husband ordered one for my daughter (order #119031342) from his account and they took 10 days to let him know that her scooter is out of stock!!!!! Now we have to make a plan to get another Christmas present for my son because my daughter must take his now because of the pink hearts. This is not acceptable, we use your services during this time because it is convient and we don't have to rush, but this is the results we get.

We will not return my order because of the time that's not on our site, but I want you to know about this whole thing and that we are not happy about it.
