On the 20 September I phone customer service department from Takealot because they send me the wrong parcel the ink I ordered and the ink I received was two different things , after speaking to multiple customer service consultants and not getting anywhere after asking numerous times to please put me through to a manager or asking them via email to please ask a manager to contact me I had no luck , today I received my parcel again from them I what happened when I opened the box the wrong stuff again if they aloud me to speak to a manager this would not have happened , I placed this order on the 11 September everyone got there money and is happy but yet I cant get to speak to management , So what does one have to do to speak to management because now I'm going to do a return again and keep on struggling
