Almost two weeks since take a lot and dreambaby can’t refund me or give me a new product when I spent thousands!!!
Here is my first message to them
I returned product with all the accessories - it is not my fault your driver lost the product or don’t know what the product accessories are
Kindly see the attached of us taking a picture before we have it to the guy
I would like my replacement delivered immediately
I even spoke to the product owner she is aware so now I'm getting annoyed as my baby doesn't have a sound machine because of someone's mess up
I call takealot they say oh they have to speak to the supplier
I speak to the supplier nothing happens…
So they have the product and they have my money… guess what!!! No emails no calls back absolutely disgusting service
I want my money back
