JBL Flip 6 Portable Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker was received on 19 July 2022.
It was faulty but i could not return it in the specified period because i was diagnosed with cancer.
Only returned it on 29 Nov 2022 Return Tracking Ref. MRRN-P5PNQ-VKJ5.
Takealot have listed on my account it was returned on 22 Dec 2022 as well...very confusing.

Takealot can not get it fixed, they won't replace it and they won't give me a credit because they say I did not include a cord. I accept all that - I just want my faulty item returned to me, i have paid for it, it belongs to me. Despite many e-mails back and forth Takealot are no longer responding to my e-mails.
