Takealot - We paid extra for a package to be delivered the next day because it is urgent yet 4 days later we still have nothing

On Friday the 12th of November 2021 I ordered a package online and paid the fee for it to be delivered the next day Saturday the 13th of November 2021, yet today the 16the of November the package has still not been delivered! Every time we call in to ask why it is not delivered they give us the same answer; that they don't know why and that we should "escalate" the matter but nothing has come from that as well! We have talked to what feels like the entire staff and all of them have not been helpful!!
