I return Epson L121 EcoTank, A4 Singlefunction, USB, Printer on the 10 November and requested a refund, I have still not received any money from them. They say it has been paid, which it has not as now money showing in my account. I requested a proof of payment from them and still not received anything. Every time I call they say they will escalate it to the finance department but nothing ever happens. I've requested that a manager contacts me and still waiting.
