Takealot - Very bad service

For my wife, with her poor eyesight, to be able see were she walk during loadshedding, we ordered 2 solar lights from Takealot through Payflex. The one light didn't nearly look like the one they advertised and did not work so I asked for a replacement. We received a second one but again it was the same case and I sent it back again. At the end they gave me credit and that is acceptable but the other light and there assistance is my problem.
When I opened the other solar light, the foot of the solar panel was broken off and immediately I send it back. I received a second one but while I was putting it against the wall, the foot of the solar panel broke again and that tells me it is made of very weak plastic. I phoned there assistants, spoke about the the case and ask or they can give me credit (just like the other light) for me to buy a better one. The assistant of Takealot told me they can't so I asked for another replacement and took the light back to their pickup point. Two days later we received some money and find out the assistant did a refund. After all the effort I had to put in for the 2 lights, the assistant of takealot did not listen to me and I lost a R100 because I can't get the discount again.
We would like a explanation for there poor service and advertising things thay can't give you. The reference number of the second light with a broken solar panel is MRRN-XQXBN-NXAQ.

I'm writing this complaint for my wife because she has poor eyesight and can't do it by herself. Takealot is welkom to call me and speak to me wife.

I was a very big supporter of takealot but these days I am very disappointed. I ordered 2 solar lights. One was broken when I opened it and the other one was not at all what they advertised and fully charged it was completely flat after 4 hours. I returned the broken one and asked for a replacement for the other one, got a replacement and again it wasn't what they advertised and didn't work either. After that they advertised a solar light at a very good price, I called to make sure the light was what they advertised and a few hours later the light was R300 more expensive. 2 weeks ago my wife sent back a smart watch that no longer worked but its screen was still 100% whole. I asked for a replacement, they declined the replacement and told me the screen had a crack in it. My wife called them and said the smart watch didn't have a crack in it. They then said they would tell the wearhouse. For medical reasons I need the watch but have not yet received a response. You can't look them in the eye so they ignore if a person hafe a problem. With there bad service I already last R200 and had many other similar cases.
