Please explain why a request needs to assessed for 2 days now. Bloody easy. The freakin stuff was sent incorrectly, pick it up and replace it.
Someone doesn't do their job properly, get rid of them.
Out of 3 items I ordered one was right and that was the coffee. Item number 2 was sent incorrectly and item number 3 is broken. WTF!!!
I want to order more stuff but not if it's like this. Excuse the following but it can't be put otherwise.
