I have place an order with my gift voucher with the amount of R1267.00. The value of my voucher is R2500. When I try to place another order there was an error saying that voucher number was already used. I immediately send an email to customer care. It too me from the Monday to the Friday consulting with Takealot agents to resolve my issue. I explained everything in detail and also send whatever proof they needed from me. I also told Naomi who assisted me that my order containts gifts for my children for Christmas. The Friday 23 December 2022 she send me another email saying she sorry but they can't assist me. I still have a balance of R1233 that's on my gift voucher and my order of R1223 they can't process. I would like to know what is going to happen with that money cause that is literaly money that balance on my voucher. I'm very unhappy and would like to hear what Takealot have to say.
