Returned 4 baskets. They sent me the wrong ones. I asked them to send the ones I actually ordered. They land up crediting the 2 baskets and refuse the other two. They say it is damaged. I didn’t even use it. And in the photo they sent there is no damage. I opened the box, saw it was the incorrect one and sent it back. I hav been sending message back and forward with no solution. I have been buying from take a lot of years and spend thousands. Who ever is dealing my my case has her facts wrong and not dealing with the situation correctly. This has been the most ridiculous situation I had to deal with. Fact. I purchased something I never received and they not sending me what I have ordered and payed for.
