I've been struggling since 15 July 2023 to receive my order from Takealot Centurion Warehouse. I received sms's on 15 July, 17 July, 18 July and 19 July to inform me my order is out for delivery. Every time I had to phone Takealot customer service to enquire about my order. I also received multiple emails from Takealot to apologize for the inconvenience. I wasting my time and energy as well as airtime on Takealot.
Update: According to the Takealot App, I was not available to take delivery which is untrue. The driver must proof with his gps tracking that they were at my address.
