Takealot - Unacceptable service

I ordered an item worth R499. Was given a similar item worth+- R289 as per there own website, total incorrect item, was told to return the incorrect item for exchange of the correct item, went to collect the new item just for them to send me the exactly same incorrect item they sent the first time. No apologies nothing! Will not buy a thing from takealot again! I want a Refund and an explanation as to how they can send the incorrect item twice, as well as an item much cheaper then the item I purchased!
