I was expecting a delivery on the 18/08/2022, any time before 17H00. At around 14H30 I had no option but to leave my residence. My Wife, Daughter and Son-in-law were still at the residence.
"@ 14:44:01 Security camera time" your driver pulled up in front of the residence, he got out of the vehicle went to the rear of said vehicle with some instrument in his hand, a very short while later he returned to drivers seat, and drove off.
@ no stage did he even attempt to approach the gate and ring the bell, "this can be seen on the security camera as well as there was no notification visible on the gate door bel.
He did phone me but as stated I was not at home, This was at 14:46 which was about 2 minutes after he had left the residence.
I have all this on a recording from the security camera and I am very disappointed at the service as received from your appointed delivery service which I see was Mr D Delivery.

There was no Brand involved except TAKEALOT and eventually I just gave up.
