I bought a TV HISENSE on the 15th August 2023 and was collected on the 16th August 2023 in Kempton Park. The TV was installed on the TV Stand at home and it only worked for 3 days on the 4th day there was a stripe on the screen and later they were more stripes. I logged a return on the 26th August and it was collected by the courier. I was given reference number : MRRN-D5MZY-ERE7. I received a respond that the product was declined because it was damaged and there were no tv stand/legs in the package. I returned the tv legs using the same reference number.
The TV was returned by the courier and i called customer service and was advised to log another return which i did and the TV was collected by the courier. I called several time to make follow ups and later received a response that the product was declined due to the damage.
The courier returned the TV and i refused to accept/sign for the product. i made several calls and not i got a response that there product was damaged on the second return.
I did not cause any damage on the TV and did not work for more than 5 days. i cannot lose such a lot of money because of selfishness. I want the TV to be replaced. i do not want the refund.
There is no way a normal person can cause such damage on the TV it was just not in a good condition.
