Takealot - To change rules of upgrading and payment without giving information early

We have disappointed with Takealot.com , https://lucky808.info by failing to make order , because they increase commission payment without following which level (VIP) you are , they want people to increase money in their account in order to get order, that is against with the commission you get per level, and they cancelled the withdrawal by giving unfavorable rules and terms, please I recommend them to return the normal rules which a person gets a commission in a specific level which he/she is joined, if they fail to change their rules must return customers money,
