My name is John Nakanyane. Last year around November l bought a 646 Exide car battery and on the 17/06/2022 l logged a return with takealot as the battery was deactive. On the 20/06/2022 a guy from takealot came to fetch the item. The item was then sent to supplier for futher evalution with ref no-MRRN-QBQKM-VZKB.
After 10 days takealot informed me that the supplier replaced the item notifide them to come for item collection. I was then told that the item will be deliverd to me by DPD LASER COURIER with waybill number-CLRRNMV6PD66GJ. Today when l try to locate the parcel online, it shows that the parcel has been sent to someone else on the 11/07/2022. I tried to call takealot customer care without any success and l even tried sending emails but they dont respond.
