I paid for GUARANTEED delivery for 23 December. It was a Christmas Present for my 3 year old! Nobody contacted me from Takelot on 23 Dec, and it wasn't delivered. It is now 25 Dec and it is STILL NOT SHIPPED! I spent the day chasing Takelot yesterday from 9:00 when the call center open. Nobody ever gave me feedback, I sent repeated follow up emails that were never replied to. I had to keep phoning and reexplaining to different agents who kept promising I would get my delivery. It never arrived. So it's Christmas morning and my child didn't receive her gift. I had to rush around last night to make another plan!
I have sent a request to cancel my order and I expect a full refund. What is the point of paying extra to guarantee a delivery date YOU offered me?! This is shocking service ???
