Takealot - Takealot declined return

Product was delivered 6 Nov. I opened prduct packet only 17 Dec. I saw that the headset plug differs from the helmet bluetooth unit of the same make i previously bought on takealot, i then logged a return. I noted that product has 6 months warrenty. Takealot concluded that they not going to give my money back, they stated unwanted product. Its not unwanted, its not compatible with my helmit bluetooth of the same make, freed conn, which i bougt from takealot praviously. Takealot doesnt put enough detail of their products on the app, it seems they just want to make sales and not worry about customer satisfaction.
