I ordered a Package on the 9 June to make sure it arrives before father's day, my package was send out for delivery on the 13th. Didn't receive the package and was sent an email the next day to say that there was a mix up with dispatch. On Wednesday didn't hear anything, Thursday nothing however I sent an email on Wednesday to inform that I need the package to be delivered before the weekend as I need the package for father's day.
Didn't hear anything up until the morning of Friday, saying that the delivery has been delayed. I had to call in multiple times and also email to only find out that my delivery takes place on the 20th and if I should want a refund that is also going to take forever, I'm so unhappy with takealot service or policy firstly and this is not the first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt but they have just ruined a special day for my kids to surprise their dad on fathers day. What nonsense is this and I'm only getting my apologies that is not going to help me at all either way late delivery or refund I must just except it and this isn't even on my end they messed up the delivery I loved this brand and supported it but you have definitely lost a client and I'll make sure my friend and family will hear of my bad experience here
