Takealot - Six orders not received & 1 item received had only half of the content in

Ordered 13 items from Takealot on 26 Nov 2022. It is 23 Dec and received only 7 of the 13 items ordered. The one item received was unsealed and package damaged with half of the content in the box. Takealot does not reply to my emails. Five items were cancelled 3 days before Christmas - these items were intended to be Christmas gifts. These 5 items are still being advertised on the Takealot website as "in stock". This is totally unacceptable and bad service delivery!
