On the 22 March I ordered TWO "Foldable Canvas Storage Box-Two Pack-Blue-S".(Order 125626114) On 27 March only ONE was sent and a blue and white spotted cosmetic bag that I did not order. (I have photos to prove that). I logged a return (ref MRRN-FMPEO-XD47) collected by Takealot on 28 March. Received email on 31 March asking for correct item to be returned too. Collected by Takealot on 3 April with same return reference. Only ONE "Foldable Canvas Storage Box-Two Pack-Blue-S" was replaced on 6 April.(Replacement order 126472565)I phoned to query why, was told 1st return not logged into the system. Issued 2nd return reference MRRN-5AZKW-QDM7 and told it was just to enable new order number to be generated and 2nd correct item to be sent. Nothing happened and never received the correct item. I have phoned and phoned, sent emails, submitted photos and have just received empty promises of escalation, investigation etc but nothing done to rectify their mistake or refund me.
