Takealot - Samsung - Damaged

I returned my phone to takealot. Yes the phone was already damaged on the screen. I am surprised that they showed me the damaged back also which i know nothing about. They refused to fix it because of the damages i understand about the screen but not the back of the phone. I believe they send me a wrong phone on the back cause they returned it today 21 October 2024 when i check the phone its in perfect condition on the back but the send me a wrong picture
