Takealot - Rubish products

I ordered this nail file for R2100 was very impressed with it but unfortunately it was short lived i do nails for a living as i wanted to turn it on it was just dead and now take alot is refusing to help in this situation i feel its very unfair and unacceptable they sold it to me its only 6 months old now it absolutely ridiculous now I'll have to fork out more money for 1 because you sell unrealable product i suggest you think twice before buying from takealot again especially something that costs so much money VERY VERY disappointing ??

Takealot still refuses to help with the rubish products they sell UNACCEPTABLE
