I ordered a Turner & Morris carpet washer, recieved it on 26 October 2021, opened the box with my Domestic worker on 2 November 2021, which was still in the 7 days period to return. Accessories was missing, and only received accessories as per photo attached, I logged a return under wrong item for collection purposes, item was collected 3 November 2021. Since this date I called and called spoke to several agents, emailed over and over and every agent just say the will inform the warehouse, but the warehouse keep on asking me to return accessories that are missing, and that is my initial reason for return. Why are they asking me for the accesories if this is why I returned the machine.
