I sended a product back on 8 March for a refund, the product had a missing panel, now they say the product is damaged which it was not and does not want to give a refund. Its been more than 2 months now and nothing has been done. I have contacted the customer service numerous times speaking with 3 different people with NO SUCCESS and that is if you even get through to someone.
