I had a faulty Bluetooth Sound System, which started making shard sound when you put up the volume. It was collected at my house on the 28th of March 2022. Two weeks ago. Back and forth back and forth, my return was denied as the said there is nothing wrong with it. I asked what did they test for, physical damage...really, return logged again 6 days ago, no feedback. Rude customer service agents, I request to speak to a manager or superviser and they drop the call.

I have spent over R300 airtime on calls

No after care for returns, I have had two returns lately and both were tedious and took forever and I called atleast 100 times, and have email thread with 42 different people for just one return. SOOOOO Bad!! Such bad service, feedback and just general operations, not knowing where products are
