I returned a defective product and receive the following feedback from Takealot:
You requested a replacement of the following product:
1 x JBL Flip Essential Waterproof Portable Bluetooth Speaker Gun Metal
Unfortunately, the item that you wanted is not available and we have therefore credited your Takealot account.
Though. when I check Takealot's online shop, the item is still available to order. It does not seem like the item "is not available".
You requested a replacement of the following product:
