On my last order one of the products was cancelled. I received the email from takealot on 21/09/22 informing me the item was cancelled due to out of stock. Till date I have not received an refund or credit on my account. I raised the issue to Takealot more than once and did not receive any feedback. The payment for the order was made via Mobicred and there is no refund reflecting on my mobicred account as well.
