I received my order on the 12th of October the same day I noticed it was damaged logged for it to be exchanged the following day it was collected then I received an email saying it was out of stock and therefore will be refunded to my original payment uptill date I have haven't received my refund I've tried calling and sending emails they just keep saying they'll notify they finance department and get back to me but nothing yet.
I've never had a issue with them before but was suprised at how they were delaying to refund me until I placed a complain here was immediately refunded
