Takealot - Refund due to non-delivery

I’ve been having a refund issue for a while now and no one is resolving.. I ordered a product, a completely unrelated product was delivered, it was picked up for an exchange but the correct product was never delivered, it still hasn’t been delivered to this day. I now want a refund. kindly assist promptly.
