I collected an order from Hunters Retreat and when I opened the box two of the glass containers were broken, I opened the box at the Takealot premises and returned the item immediately, my voucher was for R250, item was R220 and delivery fee was R30. Only R220 was refunded and not the delivery fee. I feel this is so so unfair, I used my petrol to got collect and why I'm I not refunded the collection fee? Take a lot did not provide me with the service!!!
