Takealot - Refund

I bought top loader and tyre pump on 31.05.23 from takealot. My order was supposed to be delivered on 15.06.23 but It was not. I contacted takelot several times with emails and calls but Noone gave clear answer or even followed up with me as I am their customer. On 22.06.23 I saw on takelot app my order was delivered but not with me. I contacted takelot demanding answers but none of the consultants gave me.they all gave me same answer that my matter will be escalate it been a month I was never refunded.
