Takealot - Refund

I bought stuff from takealot. I didn't the 2nd solar panel, they collected the 22nd, and said it would be processed 2 to 3 working days. But I got a message it was done the 27th. They sent me numerous pov they did it, but wen I checked with my bank and nothing. Every single time they blame someone else. They 1st said it was absa, then fnd, now back to absa.
