I would like to express my deep disappointment with my experience with your company:
I logged a return initially for a broken headset and it took in excess of 21 days for nothing to be done and for a refund to be given due to no work being done.
I then ordered a headset, but I ordered the older version incorrectly and logged a return the very same day.
The return was declined with no accompanying email which I was advised would follow yet none came.
I called your department and spoke to Mathew who said my return was declined due to the a label being removed. I requested to speak to a manager to which Mathew advised that this was unnecessary as they would tell me the same thing. I said I would still like to speak to a manager and he said he will log a call for a manger to call me which to date has not happened.

I then spoke to a lady who advised the prior advisor was incorrect as I had logged the return the same day received, and an exception will be requested from management and that I would have this matter resolved and a credit refund being supplied before close of business.

I followed up with the same advisor last night and spent over 36 minutes on the call and the following transpired:
He advised management has raised an exception which he advised does not mena I am guaranteed a return
Takealot is not aware of where my device is
He could not suuply me with management email adress as this is in breach of POPI. Which I advised does not apply to corporate email adress
He further advised he not aware of any complaints email
Finaly he just stopped speaking to me for a further 5 minutes after which I had to put the phone down.
I have spent thousands on my headset and your company has no idea where the item is and has no idea if or when a refund will be given.
Please can somyon urgently get back to me on this matter.
