Takealot - Poor service to resolve incorrect deliveries

Over the last 2 months, TakeAlot service has really gone backwards.

1) I returned 2 x Eurolux 2 Lamp Insect Killers 20W on 19 May 2024. I am waiting for more than 45 days now for the 2 off replacement insect killers
2) I re-order and paid for 2 x Eurolux 2 Lamp Insect Killers 20W on 18 May 2024 which I also still have not received. This is now more than 45 days ago that I paid for, order #1526995286.
3) I receive on 27 June 2024 the delivery for order #154785066, however, 2 items (Blue 50L drums) were not delivered. It is impossible to make contact with TakeAlot when items are not delivered but actual show on my account as been delivered.

TakeAlot complaint department service delivery is shocking. Let alone to try and get hold of a senior person for answers is impossible.

What happened at TakeAlot lately........ why can't service delivery issues get fixed?

TakeAlot has taken a turn for the worse in terms of service delivery. My latest and final straw with TakeAlot was ordering fish food and receiving dog food. I had to wait 1 week before I could return the Dog food. Then I had to send all sorts of proof. Then I waited another 2 weeks before I eventually received the food for the fish. Dealing with TakeAlot is very frustrating. You cannot deal directly with a manager and 10 different people ask you the same questions but still no resolution. Meanwhile, you as the client have already paid and now have to argue against TakeAlot incompetency. Never ever again.
