TakeAlot has taken a turn for the worse in terms of service delivery. My latest and final straw with TakeAlot was ordering fish food and receiving dog food. I had to wait 1 week before I could return the Dog food. Then I had to send all sorts of proof. Then I waited another 2 weeks before I eventually received the food for the fish. Dealing with TakeAlot is very frustrating. You cannot deal directly with a manager and 10 different people ask you the same questions but still no resolution. Meanwhile, you as the client have already paid and now have to argue against TakeAlot incompetency. Never ever again.
