I placed and order and one of my items was not delivered. The most expensive item in the order. When I called to tell them of such. I was told they would investigate then I also advised them that I was sent 4 6packs of tonic water which is the fraction of the price. They more worried about collecting this water than my item or delivering my item. Only once they receive the returned incorrect item sent then they will investigate and give me feedback. This is how takealot treats their customers when they make a stuff up. I have been a loyal customer of takelot and this they can see from my profile record and sfter this treatment they have lost a loyal customer. They just could jot be bothered that my item of R900 was taken from me that I paid for and did not receive. Not they worried about their R200 tonic water. Because they score if as I lose out on 900. I cannot believe that this is how ppl get treated. Usyomer service in SA is just disgusting!
