I requested a refund/collection of the item on the 7 March 2025, Collection was booked for 10 March 2025 but was never collected , then another collection booked for the 12 March 2025., which never took place.
I sent an email and received a call from customer service who confirmed by collection was cancelled but she will re-book it for the 17 March 2025. That collection never happened and i received another message for the rescheduling of the collection for the 17 March 2025 which the item has still not been collected. Why is the collection taking 2 weeks. I need feedback or just collect the item have it reviewed and credit me the items money. This matter probably went on for another 2 more weeks and mind you I had to keep on sending emails and empty promises being g made from Takealot on behalf of their preferred courier service.. After more then a month of emails and complains lodged they had no choice but to collect the item with no compensation. Takealot customer service and preferred courier service are pathetic.
