Placed an order for Legacy Series Carp Fishing Bait & Tackle Bank Angling Value Pack

Didn't receive below items
- 2 Carp Tracer
- 2 Boilie Stops

Logged escalation, sent through photos answered all questions'. However, every day a new agent is assigned and then the whole process begins again. I really just want the items that I paid for before my fishing trip next week.
