Takealot - Pathetic waste of money and time at takealot!!!!

i ordered a sink mixer from takealot and when i went to fetch it, they gave me a conector for something!!!! Totally wrong order. I paid the plumber his daily rate and Takelot said that i must return the item to them and then after they process the return then only they will send me the correct one!!!!What Nonsense!!!
