I am beyond annoyed with the service delivery I have received from Takealot. I honestly think it is pathetic the service I have received.
I received a message this morning saying my parcel will be delivered by 17:00 today. At 15:30 I contacted the call centre asking where my delivery is. Tandile said she will send a note to the driver to contact me. I received an email confirming she has sent a message to the driver.
Now at 17:30 I received an SMS saying insufficient address details submitted.
