The worst experience ever!!! I ordered earphones and yhoyhos on the 2 September 2022 and paid for them, for my daughter's birthday as a gift. They still have not arrived!!! I've called 3 times, sent emails, and everytime I call the consultants say they same thing, that they'll escalate the matter, and they'll get back to me! But no one called me back! Needless to say, my daughter did not get a gift this year?!!! I'm extremely disappointed with Takealot!!! Extremely!!!
