Takealot - Paid for products but never received

I paid for my stuff on the 06th , delivery was sent on 9th , only to see takealot gave me some one else window wiper , I took pictures and called immediately to be pushed around from that day , they then did a return MARRN-CKANP-OM6W and still noting has been sent , I call and email everyday but it's just a miserable issue take a lot staff did a mess up , client has to follow up were is my products who has them ! I spoke to Abdul Baasit Afika emailed them , including Logan , Nuha , zandile , Carlin Brianne but still no products, it's been more than 3 days as they say on emails outcome will be resolved within 2 to 3 days ..all I want is my products I paid for R 928.00 is alot of money for me , the agents do not give information to follow up in complaints department they just don't reply at all.
