I was asked to rate the service I received.
NOBODY came back to me when I wanted to rate the ticket was already closed, the original request was lodged 6 days ago.
After sales service is lacking here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear,
I bought a paella pan on 9 March 2022 from your company ( order number 103576922)
I used it for the first time now on Easter Monday. To my dismay the coating of the non-stick came off on certain places. I'm sending pics in attachment so you can see.
I' almost certain that the nonstick was consumed by us as well.
Needless to say that I'm super disappointed.
