So I finally got help from one of the consultants and she apologized for the confusion and explained why there was a delay and what caused the confusion with my order and after having that genuine conversation with her I felt much better and my problem was resolved in the end. I actually have made 2 purchases after this and have not experienced the same issue since so I'm happy with the brand again, I hope I never go through the same problem with them again.
