I made purchase led 9 items from Takealot on the 2nd of October and have only received I item to date after thye stewed up the my order twice by sending me the wrong order and I do not get any updates from them only when I call they promise to escalate my enquiry about the outstanding 8 items I ha e not received. I have just phoned them again now and the agent I spoke to told me the same thing that she would call the warehouse and find out what happened but I am yet to receive a phone call with an update she only sent an email that states that she will make a follow up but I have not received any communication of when I will receive the 8 items I paid for that are still outstanding.

I'm so disappointed with the service I have received thus far from Takealot its beyond discusting and pethetic.

I still have not received any help from Takealot to date, I am waiting for them to credit me back my money for the Iteams I ha e not received thus far, thir service is beyond pethetic and rediculous, thanks

So I finally got help from one of the consultants and she apologized for the confusion and explained why there was a delay and what caused the confusion with my order and after having that genuine conversation with her I felt much better and my problem was resolved in the end. I actually have made 2 purchases after this and have not experienced the same issue since so I'm happy with the brand again, I hope I never go through the same problem with them again.

This complaint has been considered as not resolved.
