An order was placed with takealot for 2 x Computers on 26 November 2022, Received 1 x Computer on 15 December 2022.I contacted courier company on 18 Decemeber and was advised that the other computer was missing and that i sould contact Takealot. Thereafter almost everyday, I called Takealot. Every Agent promised to resolve that matter and get back to me and until now, its just same old empty promises of resolving the issue. I never get any feedback from the agents. I also requested a call from the manager and this never happens. When i ask to put me through to a manger, I am always told that there are no amanages avail. As a client, I paid for my items so why should I go through this ordeal. The lost it and should be simple enough to replace my missing item
