Takealot - Order, dishonest branch manager

want to log a complaint. I went to collect my order at Parow Pickup point just to find out that the vacuum cleaner was missing. The Manager at the branch could not give me any proof that it has gone missing and said I can take half the order.
I am livid. How can you expect me to do so without giving me proof that I did not take the vacuum cleaner.
I left without taking anything because I did not want half of the order. I now got an email to state I collected half of my order. Where is the integrity of Takealot to do something like this? Exactly what i stated, no proof i did not collect half. That manager is dishonest, how can you do this!!!!!
