I purchased products which where delivered on the 26-07-2021. Prior to receiving them on the 23-07-2021I had called takealot to cancel order but was told on receiving them I can log a return and will be refunded which I did on the 26-07-2021 upon receiving 5 products. I had decided on keeping one of five product and logged the return of four. Product where collected on the 26-07-2021. On 28-07-2021 I was refunded for one product assuming the rest was in the second unopened box I had received from takealot would follow thereafter. After three calls to them speaking to two agents an receiving emails from both I spoke to stating they where dealing with the matter it still remains unresolved.
