Takealot - Non-delivery and non-communication

I placed an order on July 6th, and immediately paid. Delivery was set for 9 July, and I stayed home all day to receive it. Nothing delivered, and no communication as to why until the morning of 10 July, indicating that my order was rescheduled for that day. Nothing delivered anyway, and order was rescheduled on Monday 12 July, after 13:00, for Monday 12 July. No notice was given. No delivery took place and no updated delivery schedule. The only person who has been helpful has been Taryn from support who is trying her best, but Takealot is really showing up poorly. No communication, no explanation, nothing whatsoever. At this point they only have my money sitting in their account, and I am none the wiser when my package will arrive...if at all.
